Description:
Used for all partridge, autosomal pencilling, and spangling
Roosters will have black shafting therough the hackles, but will otherwise look BBR
Same with hens, though the shafting can be covered or broughout out with dilutes
No salmon breast like the Duckwings
Often also used for black where the shanks need to be yellow or white
Chicks will be brown through the back with a lighter face and less prominant striping, often lighter stomach color
Females a touch darker than males, but hard to reliably sex
Pencilling in Wyandottes or Brahmas
Silkies
