Brahma
Bantam
Buff Brahmas have a buff ground color with dark pigment concentrated in the neck, wing, and tail areas through a Columbian-like pattern involving several modifying genes. The gold allele (s+) contributes warm pigment, while pea comb (P) and leg feathering occur through separate genetic regions. Exact pattern and ptilopody alleles are not confirmed from a photograph.
